Total Lifestyle Change

Welcome!
I’m Angerona Love, the founder of Total Lifestyle Change. I’m incredibly passionate about helping people live more happy and fulfilling lives.
Most of my life has been unconventional, and the times I’ve tried to fit in and “do the right things” were the times in my life of most failure and least happiness. Maybe you can relate.
Crafting a life that brings joy, fulfillment, peace, and positivity is our most important responsibility, both to ourselves and those we love. Many people are tired, worn out, and have a hard time seeing their way out of the too-small, ill-fitting box they’re living in. That’s where I can help.
I have 29 years of experience in health, wellness, and spirituality. I’m an avid learner, researcher, practitioner, and guide, and am deeply intuitive and empathic. All four of the “clairs” are a part of my life in varying degree with clairaudience and clairsentience being the strongest.
Qualifications include:
- Certified Health and Wellness Coach
- Certified Life Coach and Transformation Coach
- Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner
- Former Clinical Hypnotherapist
- Former Massage Therapist
- Former CranioSacral and Somatic Emotional Release Therapist
- Several years consulting in addiction centers
- Several years working for a neurofeedback expert and studying the brain
- Courses in nutrition, anatomy, and physiology
- One year in a Master’s degree program in Five Element Acupuncture
In the years I tried to fit into a “normal work life”, I worked in real estate, I was a mortgage broker, and I even briefly held a license to sell insurance. Earlier, in my twenties, I left my graduate program to pursue a career in freelance writing in Washington, D.C., made it work, and truly loved those years.
Alternately, I’ve worked in the sex industry, bartended, planted gardens, and driven a motorcycle with advertising signs.
In other words, I have a lot of experience doing a lot of different things and am glad I tried so many options. Nothing outside of health, wellness, and spirituality lasted very long, and helping people find more purpose and happiness is my true calling and passion.
Leading a largely unconventional life has allowed me to do things like:
- live on boats and be a singlehanded cruising sailor
- live in four different countries
- travel extensively
- have a lot of time freedom
- write, paint, and create for pleasure, as well as income
- study different cultures
- learn different healing modalities and views on body-mind-spirit health
- be a semi-recluse for extended times of solitude and contemplation
I’ve also had a lot of challenges. Those difficult times have given me a more compassionate and nonjudgmental perspective to help people with a variety of struggles.
Some of those challenges include:
- the death of all my family, including one death from suicide
- a life-threatening brain tumor that completely incapacitated me and required two surgeries
- foreclosure of my home after my fiance died
- sexual abuse from a therapist
- sexual assault/rape
- abusive relationships
- codependency
- excessive drinking
- divorce
I believe we have a tremendous capacity to heal and thrive with nurturing, self-love, the ability to look at our wounds honestly, and the ability to weed through our limiting beliefs so we can replace them with healthier, more empowering ones.
Connecting body, mind, heart, and spirit leads to a fulfilling life full of joy, delight, and the ability to better regulate ourselves when challenging times do occur.
Presently, I live in the jungle by the sea a kilometer’s walk from a tiny village. My house perches atop a mountain with a view of the Pacific, and my eight rescue dogs and I take long walks along the beach and in the jungle behind the house. My neighbors are parrots and iguanas.
I enjoy reading, writing, learning, painting, gardening, exploring in my boat, snorkeling in the glorious clear warm water, eating well, cooking, loving my dogs, and being in nature. I absolutely love the beach, the ocean water, and the tropics, and can’t imagine being anywhere else.
I am mostly reclusive and enjoy my solitude immensely. For me, it is a dream life. I’d love to help you create your dream life, as well.
